Responsibilities:
-Create a smooth and easy cross product onboarding experience for the client, ensuring excellent service and consulting to assure a future proof setup of their advertising infrastructure. This can include workshops with multiple agencies and advertiser stakeholders to surface and match business needs with the platforms functionality, training plans, tag and reporting implementation consultancy and implementation project management.
-As the technical, functional and industry expert, you will meet and exceed your clients expectations by proactively providing them with solutions that will have a big impact on their business on an on-going basis. Activities would include: accelerate feature adoption, accelerating cross product usage, cross agency workflow consulting, case study development, creating training plans and cross product network audits.
-Support and and partner with Sales, in order to provide functional upsells, pre-sales, and technical & functional needs assessments for prospective clients.
-Provide Product Operations with clear and concise product feedback and feature requests from the client, making sure that the client needs are heard and executed upon.
​-Manage reactive client issues sent to Technical Services Associate teams and act as a point of escalation when support teams need help or assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Speak and write French and English fluently and idiomatically
-Bachelor’s degree
-Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment
-Proven presentation and communication skills with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
-Working background of a performance Agency or Marketer position -Strong Project Management skills
-Technical sales, sales engineering or professional consulting experience
-Knowledge of at least one (preferred 2) of the following Doubleclick products: -Doubleclick Bid Manager (DBM) -Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM) -Doubleclick Rich Media (DRM)
