Primary Job Responsibilities / Profil recherché :

×           Maintain and grow relationships with customers through regular phone, email and face-to-face interactions that add insights and value to their existing product-use.

×           Ensure customers’ ongoing understanding of the functionality and applicability of the products and services to their business.

×           Have a comprehensive working knowledge of the system and the flow of data through the internal system to the customer facing components. Be the go-to point of contact for all customer-facing and data-related queries.

×           Contribute to the maximisation of revenue potential for both the company and its customers by matching products to customer needs to create upsell opportunities for the Sales team to follow up on.

×           Deliver customer-focused online and field-based training on the products, services and processes.

×           Collaborate, create and present content about service delivery, customer KPI performance and business updates to stakeholders to ensure the full value of our products and services are optimised.

×           Prepare data analysis for pilot opportunities that demonstrate how we can support customers’ existing and future business needs.

×           Facilitate resolution of customer complaints, directing customers to internal resources as appropriate, but remaining as primary point of contact to manage accounts.

×           Other duties as assigned.


 

Required profile :

×         BS/BA required.

×         Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), especially on Excel

×         Four or more years of account management, customer service or business experience required.

×         Ability to manipulate data

×         Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.

×         Enthusiastic, creative, customer-focused and inspiring leader.

×         Results-driven with excellent delivery.

×         High degree of strategic and analytical skills.

×         Excellent interpersonal skills.

×         Demonstrates a keen desire to continually learn and grow – motivated by success.

×         Flexibility to travel with a valid passport.

×         Fluent in language of base country and good business English

×         Valid driver’s license required.
