Your mission:
 
As Digital Marketing Data manager, you will support the Global digital marketing team in the new digital ecosystem that is under development for the Automotive organization OEM and aftermarket.  This new ecosystem consists in 4 building blocks: PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management) WCMS (Web Content Management System), Eshop; Master source of data is key for the success of the project. Your role will consist in centralizing commercial data for PIM, and DAM for the web assets to feed these platforms. You will work in collaboration with the Product category, global.Marcom and Marketing team, IT, data management, integrator and Philips digital team. Your position will consist in understanding the data management process as well as the governance of the tools. You will work in a cross functional environment to be successful in your mission.
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • PIM / PAL
    • To Provide digital and data subject matter expertise around PIM and  PAL
    • To understand the entire product portfolio, hierarchical structure, product code complexity and product-related reference data
    • To collect commercial data coming from current digital platforms (PIM and PAL…) and proceed to data cleaning
    • To structure and organize data around data modeling and  data mappings
    • To participate to testing of data load in the new  digital ecosystem
    • To document data extraction and data mapping
    • To support in digital product launch  training
  • WCMS / Eshop
    • To understand the overall web content for the different websites and dependencies with PIM and DAM
    • To provide appropriate content and extract to migrate current websites to new WCMS platform
    • To  participate in test scenario & UAT for front and back end system
    • To document web content extraction and mapping
    • To support in the web content training
    •  
  • Operational digital activities
    • To support in the global activities around digital process and web content
 
Your profile:
 
  • Master degree in Digital / Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital ecosystem
  • Fluent English and international exposure experience is required
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with Product information management (PIM) and Web Content Management System (WCMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Agile in manipulating large volume of data
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially with MS Excel.  Experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's preferred.
