Un Commercial (H/F) afin de développer l'activité en France :

Main Objectives: 
This position is responsible to translate the Company proposition to potential clients and attract, develop and growth our business in the area assigned, the sales manager will identify and establish priorities in the area assigned. This role will be primarily targeting new customers, promoting our products and services.

Location: France / Based in Paris
Salary: 35-40K euros + 15% on commissions + Company car

Main Tasks
  • Working within the Marketing department to present the Company services to the assigned area, providing market insight information, clear KPIs, studies, statistics, profesional reports, etc…
  • Visiting identified clients and gain and develop business in the region assigned, establishing a visit plan to match the set up objectives to expand company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Attract business for the Company in line with the portfolio and grow strategy stablished, defining clear objectives for each visit in line with the sales cycle.  Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Create, manage and establish a positive relation with the client, ensuring the communication is effective.
  • Control the relation and provide update on the progress when a proposal/ project is presented to the client.
  • Managing key customer relationships and participate in the negotiations and closing of strategic opportunities.
  • Responsible to follow the progress of the offers/proposal to the clients assigned.
  • Complete and keep up-to-date all the information in the system (CRM), daily input of the information based on the quantity and qualitative set up objectives.
  • Responsible to provide accurate information to the Technical office and other departments (measures, technical information etc…)
  • Complete all the sales – administrative tasks
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required.
  • Complete any other activity as part of the responsible area of the department
Education and Experience
Degree or similar Proven experience in construction, architecture, engineer or similar sectors
Proven experience as sales manager (RETAIL- comercial sites or Habitat)
Fluent in Spanish and French.
